Terms of Use & Community Policy

Welcome to All My Xs. By using the app or this website you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy.

1. Invite-only beta

All My Xs is currently a private, invite-only beta. Access is by invitation, may be limited or changed, and may be withdrawn. The beta may contain bugs, and features may change or be removed. Please keep your invitation to yourself and don’t share your account.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google. You’re responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (and old enough to consent where you live) to use All My Xs.

3. Acceptable use

Use All My Xs kindly and lawfully. Don’t:

  • break the law or violate others’ rights;
  • attempt to access other people’s accounts or data, or circumvent circle privacy;
  • probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service, or use bots or scrapers;
  • spam, advertise, or use the app for commercial solicitation;
  • upload malware or anything harmful.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add (patterns you’ve made, progress, notes, messages). You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content as needed to run the app — for example, to sync it between your devices and show it to the circle members you share with. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to short backup periods.

5. Patterns and copyright

Many cross stitch patterns are protected by copyright. Do not upload, share, or redistribute patterns you don’t have the right to share. Use the app for patterns you’ve bought, own, created, or have permission to use, and respect designers’ terms. All My Xs is not a place to trade or distribute copyrighted patterns.

Copyright takedown notices

If you believe content in All My Xs infringes your copyright, email support@allmyxs.com with: (a) your name and contact information; (b) a description of the copyrighted work; (c) where the material appears in the app (circle, user, or pattern name, if known); (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and (f) your signature (typed is fine). We may remove the content, notify the user who posted it, and end the accounts of repeat infringers.

6. Community rules

Circles are small, friendly spaces. In messages, notes, and profile information:

  • No harassment, bullying, threats, or hate toward anyone, including based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
  • No sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content.
  • No impersonation, scams, or sharing someone else’s private information.
  • Respect other people’s boundaries: if someone asks you to stop messaging them, stop.

7. Messaging rules

Private messages are short text only: 150 characters maximum, no attachments. Messages can only be sent to members of circles you share. Don’t try to get around these limits.

8. Block and report

You can block any member to stop them from messaging you, and report content or members that break these rules. Reports are reviewed by us; see the support page for details. Please don’t file false or abusive reports.

9. Moderation and account removal

We may remove content, limit features, suspend, or remove accounts or circle access — with or without notice — if we believe these terms were broken, to protect users, or as required by law. If you think we made a mistake, email support@allmyxs.com. You can stop using All My Xs and request account deletion at any time (see support).

10. Disclaimers

All My Xs is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost. Because this is a beta, please keep your own copies of your patterns and important files.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, All My Xs and its creator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept them.
